We ensure that our artistes are briefed and prepped prior to set work, and have a complete understanding of the etiquette to adopt in a film or shoot situation. The grooming course for our newcomers offered at enrolment is compulsory to gear them to give and be their best.

It goes both ways, we also ensure that they are aware of their individual entitlements too. We see our role a facilitator, bringing parties together to achieve internationally competitive results! Our clients are not only YOU, the producer here in South Africa, but also YOUR CLIENTS from possibly up road. We ensure that everybody knows his/her role in the “game”. With fair mutual agreements in place we are creating an environment of trust - built on knowledge and experience.

For bookings of 40 people and more Faces4Film will send a cast coordinator FOC to your set, channelling the background artistes through the works like wardrobe and make up. Early morning calls are no problem for our dedicated staff members: they will be there, taking some weight-responsibility off your crew members’ shoulders, overseeing the check in and assisting with phone calls to find the odd lost “soul” or replace ad hoc no shows.

Simply task us with your casting requirements, and we take the labour out of finding you the most suitable recruits.

We also offer a full shoot cast management service entailing sourcing transport and catering.
